O alojamento é bom e limpo, a atenção também é boa. No entanto, o colchão precisa ser mudado, uma vez que as molas são sentidas. Além disso, não pude pagar com um cartão de crédito Visa porque eles insistiram em cobrar uma sobretaxa de 7% por esse conceito, embora a Visa avise a todos os estabelecimentos afiliados que eles não devem fazer nenhum pagamento adicional por pagamentos com seu cartão.

Bem localizado mas o quarto tinha um cheiro forte de cigarro e o banheiro era muito pequeno e apertado.

Os quartos são muito pequenos e não têm janelas. O banheiro é desconfortável e é bastante para baixo. A localização da pousada é bom, tem wi-fi e pequeno-almoço simples.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y no poseen ventanas. El baño es incómodo y se encuentra bastante deteriorado. La ubicación del albergue es buena, tiene wifi y desayuno simple.

A economia do lugar é óbvia, é bom para uma noite, o maior incômodo é quando pagar a conta. Eles aplicam um aumento no preço acordado através da Reserva, eles também exigem dinheiro adicional para pagar com o cartão, tanto de débito quanto de pré-pagamento.

No tienen estacionamiento. Se fue el agua en la mañana y después de informar solo vino un chorro pequeño. Cuartos pequeños, pero aceptable para su precio en Miraflores. La atención del personal, regular. El precio esmayor de li que pueden reservar en booking. La ubicación es buena.

El lugar es muy cómodo, antiguo pero limpio. Si le pongo un pero es porque deberían mejorar las instalaciones, las cortinas tanto de la habitación como la del baño se caían a cada momento. Y el baño se atascaba con nada. Por lo demás perfecto. Atención excelente.

I'm giving one star just because of the kindness of the front desk person ( Eduardo) who was very nice with us. Besides that, unfortunately we don't have many good things to say about this place. If the administration makes some improvements, maybe it can be much better. Pros: good location. The neighborhood was safe and close to Kennedy Park and other interesting places. Cons: Upon our arrival to the airport, the taxi service included in our packet didn't show up. We were told to meet the driver at a different exit from the one that we arrived. We had to walk a long way with our luggage to the meeting point. After several calls, one hour later the driver showed up without an excuse or apology. Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were given a room with one queen bed and a double bed besides it. It wasn't what we were expecting. Our packet included breakfast. Breakfast consisted of bread, some butter and jelly and a glass of juice. If we wanted something else it had to be paid apart. If breakfast is included we understand it must be more decent. Although there was a "No Smoking" sign at the entrance, clients were allowed to smoke outside the main entrance, in a small area, which connected with the breakfast area and the rest of the rooms. During breakfast time, very morning there was a smoking client who's smoke inundated the whole area and rooms. Although we informed the issue to the front desk person at that time, they justified that there was nothing they could do because smoking was allowed at the entrance, even they knew it was affecting the rest of the occupants' well being and health. Another situation was the noise coming from another rooms. On several occasions at different moments there was a strident sound ( as if somebody was hitting the wall with a hammer) that disrupted our rest. Another situation was that the room had high windows that were always kept open and the doors lock wasn't strong enough. This made us feel that our room wasn't secured and anybody could force it and have easy access to it. There was no fan or A.C. available. Lastly, and the worst part of this experience was the fact that after cleaning our rooms, the windows were kept wide open. Since our room was located next to a hallway that gave access to the other rooms, whoever passed by was able to see our belongings from the outside, including computer, purses, underwear, etc. It was embarrassing and abusive. I felt that my privacy was violated. There is no right to expose the clients' belonging to the public if the room was received closed. I wish I can say more positive things about this place, but unfortunately I can't. Calcagno Family from NYC

A quite, clean and secure hostel. I recommend it. Being there I saved some money because everything was near to the hostel. Markets, beach, restaurants, shops, parks, etc.

Very small room, the bathroom had an open air 'ventilation' and being Lima, it was a bit cold to take a shower there.
