Que se busca cuando viajas? Un lugar cómodo, limpio, con buen servicio, buena atención y que se ajuste a tu presupuesto. Cumple este lugar con esas expectativas, diría que no totalmente, la limpieza muy precaria, el baño,? medio limpio,la habitación? Aceptable, los servicios? Funcionan bien, podrían mejorar. Sirven desayuno incluido en el costo, muy limpio el lugar, el menú, es algo variado, pero todos los días es igual, podrían mejorarlo. Tiene piscina para loshuéspedes, además cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. La principal crítica es la limpieza, tanto de habitaciones como las otras áreas, excepto la administración y comedor.

O lugar é frequentado por pessoas estranhas, que ficam fumando no corredor. O quarto era ok. Café da manhã Ok, mas sem lugar para sentar (são poucos lugares e muita gente).

Atendente negou que tivesse recebido encomenda da Amazon. Site confirmou entrega. Contatos por telefone e por email sem sucesso. Nunca mais!!!! Attendant denied that he had received an order from Amazon. Website confirmed delivery. Unsuccessful phone and email contacts. Never!!!!

Está dentro do custo benefício. Boa localização. Café da manhã justo dentro do padrão da classe de hotéis Inn. negativo foi o cheiro de umidade do quarto e chuveiro que não regulava a temperatura: aquecia muito e gelava sozinho

O preço de face é muito bom, mas no fechar das contas aparecem taxas esquisitas. A limpeza deixa a desejar. A equipe varia com os humores ou indivíduos, às vezes muito simpáticos, outras nem tanto.

É um hotel simples, de preço acessível, localizado na área dos parques da Disney (Kissimmee), com geladeirinha, microondas, wifi(que funciona), café da manhã incluído (com waffles), mas com problemas de limpeza(parece que as arrumadeiras apenas arrumam as camas e nada mais) e tem uma taxa diária de 10 dólares pelos serviços de wifi, "piscina", etc.

Péssimo Hotel ... Atendimento muito ruim, apartamentos extremamente velhos, sujos, com infiltração no teto do quarto, piso estava cheio de cabelos e outras sujeiras. Piso do chuveiro estava todo quebrado e foi colocado um adesivo por cima. Sofá estava muito encardido, a cama tinha pelos na roupa de cama. Meu depositode $50 não foi devolvido, porquefiz chek-out 1:30 da manha e só liberam o valor do deposito as 9:00 Am, achei um desrespeito, pois foi pago em dinheiro e o quarto já estava pago, não tem sentido ter que esperar ate as 9:00 am, para liberar esse valor, eu não queria ficar mais nenhuma noite ali.NÃO RECOMENDO, PÉSSIMO!Hotel bad ... very bad customer service, extremely old, dirty apartments with infiltration from the ceiling of the room floor was full of hair and other debris. The shower floor was all broken and a sticker was put on top. Sofa was very grimy, the bed had hairs on the bed linen. My deposit of $ 50 was not returned because I checked out at 1:30 am and only released the deposit amount at 9:00 am, I found a disrespect because it was paid in cash and the room was already paid, there is no sense having to wait until 9:00 am, to release that amount, I did not want to stay there any more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, POOR!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Even if you're on a budget I suggest you go to another hotel. Service here is horrible, the staff are always in a bad mood and are always discussing with the clients. Rooms are disgusting with horrible lighting and also have roaches. The free breakfast is also very mediocre and the employees always think you're trying to steal something. It's a very bad hotel and any other hotel will be better. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Also, room service does not leave new toilet paper or towels and you have to go get them on the lobby. Another thing, when you check in they charge extra fees that according to the employees are were not included in the online payment. I would be ok paying those fees if the service was good, but it's terrible and I am never coming back. I hope another company buys this hotel and remodels it or closes it. Also, an employee tried to rob what I had in the room and opened the security box. Luckily I didn't left anything valuable because I didn't trust the staff.

We just needed a quick place to crash while in the Orlando area waiting for an early morning flight. No hot water to take a shower. A roach on my suitcase. People staying in the rooms above and beside us were loud and hanging outside our door at late hours. But you get what you pay for. I didn’t expect much.. but at least a shower would have been nice.

If I could give it one star I would. This place is the most disgusting place I had ever stayed at. There is dirty bathrooms! Dusty furniture and bugs! There was used medication under the beds too. Do not stay here. The stuff is horrendous too. They fight with you and question you about their dirty hotel room.

How is this hotel even still open? This place is the worst place to stay at and it needs to be shut down! As soon as I walked in, it smelled very bad. The room was so disgusting, Roaches were crawling all over the floor. Hairs all over the floor, no toilet paper, no clean towels, no housekeeper. The bathroom tub was stained black. Management should be embarrassed and shouldn’t be charging a leg and an arm for a room that’s so nasty. If the hotel rooms are this bad I wonder how the owner and the rest of the staff house looks like. I would definitely rate this hotel a 0 if I could and I would NEVER recommend anyone to come stay here. Don’t waist your time and money here look for something better. Finally leaving in a few hours and I’m super excited! This place is a nightmare!

I thought that I never would say this, but alway’s there is a first time: This is the WORST hotel I ever have been!. The room’s tobacco smell was the first sign that raised the flag. Then when we check the bathroom, the shower, was when we said “oh my…” My brother was at the same time because we were for a music performance and he was to visit the Universal islands of Adventure with my little daughter. He rented an apartment called Blue Tree Resort, so we decide to stay two of the four days because the impression if this Econolodge. My brother finished the satu took vare of my daughter and left to Delray Beach while we stayed in Orlando to go next day to Gainesville for the show. Then regrettably we get to that room, I love to be bare-feet all time… but we took the precaution to purchase one Clorox Bathroom disinfectant and cleaner plus a Lysol spray… When we took out the blankets there was a little roach in one of the two beds, my wife started to spray with Lysol all the beds! Then I went to the shower and sprayed the Clorox all inclusive the shower curtain. And we decided to go to sleep with the chlorine smell but pretty sure will be disinfected. Morning! When I went to take a shower my bare feet were so dirty that I made black the shower’s floor, and we thought to go to Walmart to buy cheap sandals in order to walk inside the room, anyway we got out to take the road to Gainesville but I stop by the office telling the lady to send someone to clean the soiled floor because not only dirty, there were cereal, insects, that we inly noticed when was daylight. We came back around 2 am and the room odor to a dirty mop called our attention, before go to bed my wife killed two more roaches and she decided to sleep with all the clothes that we were because she did not trust the cleanliness of the blankets and sheets. With only 4 hours that we slept, ai opened my eyes and decided to leave that horrible hotel, but it was only that was the fruit on top… when we went to the office to return the keys, the lady told us the deposit was on hold until they check nothing was damaged in the room, and also make sure we did not smoked inside. We both don’t drink and smoke but we regrettably accepted. It has been since Feb 22, 2022 and we still not received back the deposit… Conclusion, thank God our little girl (5 years old) wasn’t with us.

We called ahead to see if they required a deposit,we were told 100 and then at check -in it became 125. Front desk was rude from the beginning and refused to work with us on the deposit. We had no choice but to sleep in our car thanks to them! We have used priceline to book all of our hotels and are VIP members and will not get a refund for a room we never checked into. No where was it mentioned that a 125$ deposit was required. We have stayed at hotels almost every night for the past 3 months and have never been treated so poorly. They just want their money and "too bad" for the customer. We work hard to afford hotels every day and the service was just unbelievably poor. Too bad,they could have had loyal customers.

The cleaning is absolutely ridiculous! Nothing was wipe down I even opened the microwave and the plate was out of place. All bed frame and refrigerator/ minors were completely covered in dust. They even charge $40 for cleaning that’s not included in the fee. And charged me extra when I checked out. I DO NOT recommend staying here! Stay in the hotel around it instead. The customer service was horrible as well as soon as we walked in the employee took a smoke break for 10 mins while people were waiting to check in. To top it off she was rude when coming back! The area is amazing and there is a lot to do. But this place is not worth a single penny.The manager doesn’t help at all either I guess they get away with a lot. A lot of things are accurate to the previous reviews.

It was THE WORST experience in our life! My husband and I came to this place for two nights on the New Year - checkin 31 December, checkout 2 January. It was the time of the highest prices so we paid $285 for this piece of sh¡t for 2 nights. The room was dirty and stinky. There was hair on the floor. The room looks much worse than on the picture.Wait for more.The manager should carefully choose the employees. Here is the story.My husband and I were driving from Toronto to Orlando by car for 2 days. We were exhausted. We checked in to that disgusting Motel for $285 and fell asleep. We woke up at 11:53 pm to meet the New 2022! We went out from the room and the door locked!!! We came to the reception to ask about the key to open the room. There was no one there. My husband had been knocking the door for about 30 minutes. Then the “lady” employee finally came. She didn’t open the door to let us in. She started to yell at my husband and insulted him!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 !!!THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! My husband is the intelligent man and can’t yell at the women. However, I don’t consider that creature a women. She worked at night from 31 December to 1 January. She should work at the place which requires NO INTERACTION with people.

Very nice staff, from the front desk to maintenance and everyone in-between including housekeeping these ppl got it together. 5 stars to management and staff at Econo Lodge. Recommended when in Orlando. 💯👊😎

O melhor Custo x Benefício, com quartos grandes, um café da manhã simples, mas ao lado de um pequeno shopping com lojas DollarTree (1,99) e o Outlet Tommy Hilfiger e com um Mc Donald's em frente. Um equipe muito atenciosa, onde guardam até as suas encomendas dos correios e suas compras do e-bay. #Recomendo
