Atendimento sensacional, todos preocupados em agradar e sempre perguntando se está tudo em ordem. A camareira que estava responsável pelo nosso andar era extremamente simpática, encontramos com ela duas vezes durante nossa estadia, pelos corredores do hotel e sempre sorridente nos cumprimentava muito alegre. A arrumação do quarto e limpeza impecáveis!! Quarto não muito amplo mais moderno e muito silencioso, não se ouve ruídos externos. Ar condicionado digital super silencioso. Banheiro ótimo, ducha ótima. Café da manhã atende bem, tipo buffet sempre com frutas, pães, duas opções de suco, frios... O destaque do hotel é o Richar que fica no térreo recebendo e cuidando dos hóspedes que chegam e saem já que a recepção fica no décimo sexto andar. Extremamente simpático e solícito, ajuda em tudo, tira dúvidas de passeios te ajuda a organizar passeios, taxi etc. Voltaria com certeza, superou minhas expectativas em todos os aspectos.

La atención es increíble, muy serviciales, el servicio de limpieza es bueno, muy respetuosos los trabajadores,el servicio de piscina es de 0800 horas hasta las 2000 horas, climatizada en las horas de la noche, por mejorar el desayuno, los huevos revueltos con y sin verduras son muy aguados, deberían dejarlos secos.

Nice place, great location and the staff is wonderful. The roof top pool and bar are amazing and the breakfast is okay, nothing special. This place is for location. The bed and room were used and the water never got warm. Air conditioning shuts off during the day. So great out on the town during this time.

Buen hotel en relación con el precio. Ojalá surtieran de bebidas el minibar, ojalá hubiera café para dos personas en la habitación, ojalá consiguiera un café en horas diferentes al desayuno. La gente de servicio toda muy amable. Volvería sin duda

El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene un buen precio para la zona. El desayuno es buenoy las instalaciones también. En mi experiencia la habitación tenía varias fallas y el personal del hotel no fue tan amable. No tenían disponibilidad de agua ni para vender ni disponible para los huéspedes.

Excelente servicios, personal cálido y amable. El desayuno excelente. Lo único a mejorar sería implementar un sistema de ventilación natural, sobre todo en estos tiempos.Hay un plus muy valioso y es que te guardan las maletas a la llegada y a la salida. ¡Volveremos con gusto!

Es un hotel con una excelente ubicación, en una zona comercial y turística ideal, con facilidades para todo. Las habitaciones son excelentes y cómodas. El hotel tiene un concepto ejecutivo pero reducido, por lo que la atención y el personal es un poco insuficiente, hay muchas personas amables y dispuestas a ayudar y otras que les falta un poco de mejor atención.Aunque por las condiciones de pandemia las habitaciones no fueron aseadas, el orden y la limpieza se notaba desde un inicio.Falta más celeridad y agilidad en el servicio, y mejorar un poco la capacidad y oferta del restaurante.Fue una gran experiencia, y recomendada para personas que no requieran de mucha atención en el hotel.

It's a very good hotel for a short trip or stay. Food (breakfast) includes several and good options, but there is a limited snack food for other meals, as it does not have a restaurant service (which is part of the Hampton style in all their sites). Rooms are comfy, internet and desk inside the rooms are adequate for work, and bathroom, shower, etc, are nice.

We have stayed at this Hotel several times before. We think the location is perfect for access to the beach, as well as restaurants and transportation. It was a difficult stay this time, perhaps because it was a very busy holiday weekend. The hotel seemed understaffed. The rooms were not as clean as they have been in the past.

Hotel muito organizado chagando ao hotel fomos muito bem atendidos pelos porteiros, sempre atenciosos, chegando a recepção tbm fomos muitos bem atendidos Chegamos muito antes do check in, mesmo assim deixarão agente usar banheiros para trocar roupas, disponibilizarão um local para deixar nossas bagagens, sobre nossa estádia tudo muito tranquilo, quarto super bem cuidados, café da manhã muito bom, a vista do mesmo muito top Super recomendo
