“Let’s be real, the only reason to book here is for the express pass. If you’re not going to universal studios or islands of adventure, there are better hotels.The place seems a bit dated and I don’t think they can charge any higher for the food, although I’m sure they would if they could. The pool area goes only to about 3.5’ deep, so it’s pretty lame if you’re in your 20’s. Paid about $60 for TWO drinks at the pool. Huh?? The room had mold in it, so I’m not sure they clean as well as they should, considering COVID. At least the fitness area is nice…I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth at this hotel. I think they can do better for almost $800 a night after all the fees are included. I will not be coming back.”
