The hotel is located about 30min north of the main city center, but is easily accessible by both metro and bus. Further, there's an enourmous regional bus terminus underground right at this hotel. The hotel room was not fantastic, although the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was old, and didn't have a kettle for boiling water, however it was spacious. All electical connections worked, although there were not special USB outlets like seem to be common in many other European hotels. Breakfast was average, some of the fruit seemed a little old. The staff provided a helpful luggage storage service.

Large rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Normal breakfasts - fresh fruit, cookies, scrambled eggs. The bathroom could do with a little renovation.

The room is spacious and the price during weekday is considerably low. Location is a huge advantage too. The sound proofing is awful but bearable. Also, the room cleaning is a bit disappointing and SLOW. And I saw this in other comments too that the wifi here is not working. This is a business hotel and the wifi is really unstable and over half of the time does not function at all. I would have put a three here. Yet I am still giving a one star because there is one big problem, security ( or profession?) To begin with, I extend my stay here. The staff that dealt with the extension was kind, but they didn’t offer to renew my room card. Therefore, I failed to enter the room after the initial checkout time. I went to the front desk after this, asking the staff to help renew the card. They asked for my room number and I told him. Then they checked the name but I was not paying much attention, because what can be wrong, right? You should have records for room extension with a room number. And it turned out they could do a lot more with a just room number. They renewed my card, I went back to my room, didn’t work. I went back to the front desk again, renewed the card again, didn’t work. I had to record myself using the card to prove this to them. I went back again, this time we finally knew the problem. They put the wrong room number. This is ridiculous. All I need to enter another room is just saying “I extend my stay here but you didn’t renew card.” And I can have a room card to another room. This is a serious problem. You need to do something with it.

First time in life that AC doesn't cool down in a 4 stars hotel...! Just because it is centralized and they considered that weather was cold outside! I had to sleep in a sauna for 7 nights! Just stay away! You'll be much better off in any other hotel with similar price! Oh... Breakfast tastes so industrial...

Spacious and comfy rooms. Located right next to metro, so super convenient. Sevice is slightly slow, but nice folks tho. We liked it here for sure.
