This was my first hotel reservation in my adult life and it was a very pleasant one. Great service, super clean, and incredibly friendly staff. I’d come again if I’m ever in Paris again

Great stay. Initial room not so great but on arrival made reception aware and moved to a slightly larger room and facing the front not the back of the hotel. Room basic but everything you need is there except tea and kettle etc. staff very helpful and lady on checkout great and very friendly. Only fault was the taxi driver she booked for us tried to totally rip us off and charge us astronomical prices for less than a mile in the car but not her fault, reflective of the greedy nature of some of the undesirables in Paris preying on tourists. Lovely stay. Affordable accommodation with helpful staff. Does seem sometimes only one staff member on the desk and they have a lot to do and are rushing around having to lock the front doors when they leave desk whilst this was only slightly annoying, I more felt sorry for the staff who were not supported as much as they should be by the owner.

I was searching for an economical place for my daughter and I to stay for a last-minute trip to Paris during her Spring Break. When I came across the artsy, modern style of Hotel Gaston I knew it was the one for us - we are big fans of modern design. Upon arrival, I was especially pleased to find the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood of Paris, close to a few restaurants and grocery stores, as well as metro and bus stations. Our room was small, but perfectly adequate for what we needed as we don’t spend lots of time in a hotel room when on vacation. Our bathroom was small as well - only room for one at a time, but again, was perfectly adequate. We fell in love with the (almost) floor-to-ceiling window in our room that we could swing open and fully let the sights and sounds of this quietly bustling area of the city in. We fell in love with the modern design of our room as well as the fantastic artwork in the hallways of each floor. Really fun and creative! We mainly interacted with three staff members who were each very friendly and went out of their way to be as helpful to us as possible. Being foreigners in a new country, we had lots of questions and needed quite a bit of transportation guidance at the start. A+ to the Hotel Gaston staff. Housekeeping came daily and remade our bed as well as vacuumed, emptied trash, and left fresh towels. We opted for the two twin beds pushed together and the mattresses were very comfortable! I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay with Hotel Gaston again on a return trip to Paris!

We had a great few days at Hotel Gaston - the area is perfect, I'd recommend and will stay there next time I'm in Paris - good food and bars, quite quiet, felt very safe, close to a variety of stations, really loved it. The hotel was perfect - the room was cute and comfortable, no issues at all. The staff were so lovely, breakfast was nice, and a plus for me - gluten free bread + soya milk on offer, which is rare for a hotel breakfast! Very much enjoyed, will stay again

I had a great time at Gaston hotel. Such a cozy room overlooking the boulevard "Péreire". Every detail in this art hotel is taken care of. I will miss the staff, so kind, smiling and friendly. :) Tu es incroyable! :)
