“Terrible customer service, loud guests after hours, and dirty rooms. The room was not cleaned properly on the days I stayed, especially the bathroom. On the second day, towels were still on the floor in the bathroom. The tub did not look clean from day 1. Good thing I brought shower shoes. I was playing flag football in grass this weekend, therefore the tub got dirtier each night.
Upon check-in, I was informed parking was free when using reward points. I used points for two nights and paid for the last night. Upon checkout, I was charged two nights for parking. When I called the hotel to inquire about the charges, I was told, “you got lucky,” as he proceeded to try to rush me off of the phone. I will not return to this location in the future.”
