O hotel é muito bom mas é muito caro que é um lixo porque explora todo mundo parece que você tá passando a noite num hotel 5 estrelas por causa do preço

Para mim foi muito bom estar hospedado no Plaza Hotel Casino atenção foi maravilhosa assim como eu esperava

Quartos super limpos....Gelo a vontade na máquina no corredor...Estacionamento gratuito para hospedes.Piscina externa com área super bonita porém com muitos vasos com cactos ao alcance de crianças....que acabam encostando e se machucando. Hotel em frente a tirolesa coberta, que também é um ótimo local para compra de souvenirs....bem mais baratos que nos shoppings...

Não valeu o benefício custo. Fomos em família mas em dois grupos, fizemos a reserva juntos. Primeiro contratempo, nos colocaram em torres separadas. Segundo, na última noite, quandovoltamos, às 23h, nossa chave de acesso ao quarto não funcionou. Na recepção, fui informado que deveríamos mudar de quarto! Muito ruim, tivemos que carregar todas as malas até a outra torre! Isso foi péssimo!

A localização é ótima da parte mais antiga de Las Vegas. É em frente a rua coberta onde tem vários shows, porém, a acústica dos quartos é muito boa e não escutei o barulho da festa quando estive hospedada. O local da piscina é muito bom.Excelentes mercados próximo. O hotel tem McDonald's e outros restaurantes. O ruim é que ficaram debitando constantemente taxas indevidas no meu cartão, reclamei e eles estornaram mas voltaram a cobrar, cansei de reclamar e cancelei o cartão.

Gostei do hotel, os quartos são grandes, tem vários elevadores e eles trocam as toalhas todos os dias. É o melhor é que fica bem localizado, só atravessar a rua e estamos no mais belo cartão postal de Las Vegas Downtown.

El hotel es más viejo que en las fotos, es muy grande y las distancias se hacen largas, sobre todo desde el garage ya qué hay que tomar 2 ascensores distintos.La pileta cierra a las 5 de la tarde en un día de pleno calor, inexplicable. El housekeeping es a pedido, Tenés que pedirlo a la noche anterior, pero si lo pedis a la 1am ya es muy tarde, lo que hace casi imposible pedirlo porque usualmente entre las 8pm y las 12pm uno está fuera del hotel paseando. Así que no tuvimos servicio de limpieza.La cama era muy cómoda y amplia, la blanqueria estaba muy bien.

This was a great stay. The staff was super friendly. The room was all modern and stylish. Parking was mostly easy to find. And of course the location was great. Right on Fremont Street without all the loud noise and people. The price was not too bad. I will for sure come back next time.

Do Not Stay Here!! I reserved and paid for 3 rooms. When I arrived I was told at the check in desk that I only had paid for 2 rooms. I showed the receipt to the person who was checking me in and he said he couldn’t read it. Very odd. It was clear as day. So I called the travel agent I booked the rooms with. She answered and told me there was 3 rooms reserved and paid for. I could hear her Crystal clear. I gave the phone to the person behind the desk. He pretty much immediately handed the phone back and said he couldn’t hear her. I Then put the phone to my ear and again I could hear her Crystal clear. I was beginning to realize that this person wasn’t interested in helping me. He confirmed this by saying he was going on his break after he was done dealing with me. I gave up. As I was starting to leave I could hear, “hi I have two rooms reserved”, the response was”we are only showing one” The casino was fine and so was the rooms. Plain but that’s what you get at that price point. Just disappointed my group of 10 has to stay in two rooms. When I paid for 3. In case the hotel cares we checked in March 10th 2022 in the afternoon. the person who checked us in was a older man. He was bald.

Adiantamos nossa estadia nesse Hotel em Las Vegas. Foi de longe o pior que já fiquei nos EUA. De longe o pior Hotel que já fiquei nos Estados Unidos. Pedimos um quarto para não fumantes e o quarto fedia à cigarro, pedimos um quarto silencioso e pegamos bem em frente à rua onde tem shows a madrugada inteira com som extremamente alto. Ficamos 2 noites e não conseguimos dormir nem por um segundo. A camareira viu a gente saindo no dia seguinte e não arrumou o quarto, sendo que tínhamos tirado o aviso de não perturbe da porta e tínhamos pedido pra ela arrumar. Nojento! Fede a cigarro, perfume barato e extremamente barulhento. Os funcionários são extremamente grosseiros e estúpidos. Mesmo com tudo pago e reserva a moça da recepção nos fez esperar por 20 minutos antes de entrar no quarto, depois de uma longa viagem de carro de 6 horas. Ridículo! A gente tomava choque em tudo!!! Tudo dava choque! Ficamos de frente com uma parede de ferro!

Quintessentially Amazing and my expectations were exceeded. It was my second trip and this hotel made this trip more memorable than the first one. The staff is friendly and polite. The assistant GM even had Dinner with me and it is not costly yet the amenities are classy and nice. It has its own casino and is located in the historical section of the city. They always had stuff to keep your occupied or you can just walk out the door of the hotel and you’re in a very busy and popular street with lots of attractions other restaurants etc. That is the best location to be man in #LasVegas. You have access to a lot and if you don’t want to leave the hotel you don’t have to. They were overloaded with activities and I went with a few dollars and their programs gave me a gift card to use the slots and I end up leaving Vegas with more than I spent to get there.

Clean and comfortable place. And it was quiet, which I was shocked by. No mini fridge or coffee machine in the room, which was disappointing, since we stayed for 3 nights, but I assume they want to encourage people to be out of the room as much as possible. The bathroom was super tiny, barely enough room to turn around, and we were given 3 towels, even though 4 of us were staying. Overall, comfortable, but could have a bit more attention to detail.

Stayed in a One Bedroom Suite.Noticed water was not getting hot or even warm in both bathrooms.That evening before heading down to gamble I informed a staff member who called in the issue requesting to check on it. Returned to the room hours later. Woke up wanting to shower before check out which didn't happen still had NO Hot water. Casino staff were friendly.

SCAMMED!!!! Checked out one night early. Approached front desk at 10am to confirm I could check out without being charged for the final day. The answer was yes. I checked out on time and put my room keys in the express checkout box by the elevators. I then noticed that I was charged for the final day. Called and was rudely stonewalled by the clerk and the supervisor. Supervisor wouldn't even let me talk. She stated "if you use the express checkout then it's our policy that you will be charged regardless of whether you were there". Weird. So this place actually earns revenue off of you without you even being there. That's THEFT. I'd like to know how they utilize the express checkout box (I'd imagine they use this to know what rooms to clean and what rooms are available (duh), but somehow they feel this is an inferior way to check out and thus feel entitled to charge your card for a night you never even stayed in their hotel). When exactly did they want to disclose this insane policy to the guest? You would think this policy would be shown at the express checkout. You would think the front desk agent would have WARNED me to check out at the desk to avoid being charged. The supervisor also claimed housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms unless you make a special request. That's weird. I've never heard of this. You would think the cleaning crew would noticed there was NOTHING in the room on that final day. I guess they could check the cameras and realize I was not in their hotel that final day. Orignially stayed in a room that was so loud I couldn't even think. The music was blaring from the floor below at the pool. It was like being at a night club.So folks, if you like being scammed out of your hard earned money, I suggest you never check out of this hotel early, you will NOT be refunded your money.SCAM!!!

My first stay Downtown was 4 nights at the Plaza. I liked its location and compactness. The staff were friendly. My room was plenty big enough and looked south so wasn't troubled by any noise from Freemont Street. It was a little dated and worn but clean and comfortable. I thought it offered fair value and that was over the Superbowl weekend.

Great hotel and check in staff. Stayed Superbowl Sunday and got checked in by the manager. She was awesome and took care of my wife and I. Meant a lot that she cared for our concerns about a previous experience and did everything to make it right. And make it right quick. Dug the hotel. Super comfy and renovated rooms look great.

Buen precio, el hotel muy limpio y moderno.

Inside the plaza casino inside is a McDonald's chinisese Food n Subway todo lo que en las Vegas yegas todo se queda hay good luck suerte.

Many years ago before renovation was the last time I was at the PLAZA CASINO. Everything now is clean, modern with good AC. The BINGO ROOM is fabulous, not extra large room so you don't feel crowded. Room almost filled with large stationary monitors which is easy to access and use. Staff so friendly. The way some of the bingo callers called the number was very enthusiastic. Will go back to bingo again when I'm in Vegas!!!!

Es cómodo,pero creo que nesecita más atención en los parqueos.por ejemplo lavarlo de ves en cuando.porque esta muy pegajoso.y también vi algo raro.el edificio parece estar cuarteado.porfavor poner atentcion.eso lo mire desde el parqueo del número 5.Muchas gracias y espero pongan atención a eso

We absolutely loved this place. The service and amenities were awesome. They upgraded us to a nice suite that was newly remodeled, so we really appreciated that. Oscars Steakhouse and Pop Up Pizza were awesome, I highly recommend eating at those two places, even if you're not staying at The Plaza. The casino was great as well, it was clean, not too smoky, and the cocktail waitresses were very attentive. We will definitely be back! I'd also like to give a huge shout out to Bronson!

Bueno pues tengo que decir que la habitación no tenia nevera, cafetera, microwave y para limpieza de la habitación hay que solicitarlo un dia antes y si no estas pendiente no lo limpian. Y solo te cambian las sabanas de las camas. El toilet, lavamanos y bañera lo dejan asi. La piscina muy pequeña.

The Plaza is a very clean hotel. The front desk staff super. We were upgraded to a mini suit due to our room safe didn’t work. They did this without us even asking to be upgraded. Nice surprise...
