“I spent 4 nights there and could not have at least a hot water shower… I complained in the front desk but nobody fix the problem. To check out be prepared… it is just like in the 80’ the system is slow, huge lines and the guys are using a calculator to figure out about your bill… most of the places where I travel you just leave the keys and go… they must improve quality of service”

“Overall, I really liked this hotel! Great pools (specially the infinity pool). The beach could have a bit more infrastructure but maybe that is limited by the government. The breakfast was really good, loads of variety and a lot of room to sit in! They have local and some more international like dishes. Location wise it's okay, it's more of a resort in terms of it being far from the main city but it's close to the airport! The room was very nice and neat. There is one point that annoyed me though. For a 5 star hotel and to top it off having stayed in a suite, the towels could be at least washed with some softener. It felt like I was peeling my skin off while drying myself... We had 6 towels and all of them were rough!”
