“A health hazard!
The hotel is well located, the bed is very comfortable, but there was a serious problem with the air conditioning, it turned on by itself at night when we were sleeping, and there was no way to disconnect it completely, so it was a problem for the health, being able to fall ill. They told us that it was a problem with the entire building and not with my room in particular, and that they were trying to fix it, but when they came to charge us for the stay they didn't have any details in the price. That is to say, I slept well for three nights. As I was on vacation, I didn't feel like arguing or asking for the complaint form, which is what I should have done ... So it was our bad experience in this hotel, it was not up to the task, I would not go again, nor can I recommend it ..”
