“Terrible customer service.... My wife and I chose this hotel because of how close it was to the Opryland and other sites...... Upon check in they were belligerent, rude, and entirely disrespectful towards my wife and I because she has trouble wearing and using a mask. I tried to explain the situation to them, but they cut me off and refused to listen until we put our masks on. We were tired from driving all day and didn't want to go look someplace especially since we already had the reservation..... I'm sure the rest of the time it is a nice place to stay, but even trying to site a city ordinance that requires all people to wear masks or your company gets fined?! Sorry there is room for a medical exemptions. I understand taking precautions but violation of personal and medical conditions and rights is just appalling. Even after speaking to management upon check out didnt help. She chose not to listen to my grievance and concerns. What if something had happened to my wife while being forced to wear a mask? Would they have paid the medical bill or stick us with it? The only satisfaction I have was the rest of my trip was enjoyable. Until this covid thing passes don't waste your money here. My wife and I won't return.”

“Horrible, dirty, and unsafe hotel! When checking in Nina advised us that our trucks and trailers were safe at the hotel. She stated that they take their job very seriously and watch the cameras at all times. She stayed they do not have any issues at the hotel and everything is safe. She called Management to see where we should park and told us to park in the front of the hotel on the Bob Evans parking lot. We checked on our trucks and trailers at 11:30 PM. A friend staying at the same hotel called us at 6 AM to tell us front desk had called him to say his truck was broken into. My husband went down to check on our truck and found ours had been broken into also. They were broke into at 2:45 AM but the front desk didn’t notify our friend till 6 AM. Front desk never notified us at all. They had a total of 8 vehicles broke into at that time in the hotel parking lot, 5 of which were right out the front doors. Per the Nashville Police Officer this happens all the time in the area and that hotel. They have asked the hotel to tell guests but instead they told us we were safe. The hotel told us it wasn’t their problem our vehicles had been broke into. Both of our Rooms were hot and AC would barely work. Dirty washcloths were left in the shower from the previous guests.”
