“We stayed here last week for one night before a flight. Check in was good and room was clean but Marriott better be doing closer inspections of their properties. Shower door did not close completely and had a gap at the bottom. The floor flooded every time you took a shower. I went to the front desk and told them about the problem. Didn't offer to move us to another room but they gave me towels to put on the floor. Nothing like getting out of the shower and standing on soaking wet towels. This is unacceptable for a Marriott property. They better be getting on the ball and fixing problems like this before someone falls, injures themselves and sues for negligence. I am a rewards member and love staying at Marriott properties.. unfortunately this stay was not too enjoyable.”
