Bom hotel. Sem problemas. O check-in e o check-out foram rápidos e fáceis. Quarto era limpo e confortável. O café da manhã tem uma quantidade limitada de itens. Pessoal foi amigável, profissional e útil. A uma curta distância do centro de convenções. WIFI não é o melhor, muito lento, se é que funcionou.

Lindo hotel. No hay problemas. El registro y la salida fue rápido y fácil. La habitación estaba limpia y confortable. El desayuno tiene una cantidad limitada de artículos. El personal fue amable, profesional y servicial. A poca distancia del centro de convenciones. WIFI no es el mejor, muy lento si es que funcionó.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was great. We stayed at a hotel in Gastonia last week for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was a nightmare. We came to this one for a redo and they didn't disappoint! Thank you for be amazing on everything!! We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel. No problems. Check-in and out was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a limited amount of items. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Walking distance to the convention center. WIFI is not the best, very slow if it worked at all.

Eu sou um membro gold de longa data do Marriott e sou muito leal à marca. Optei por ficar no Fairfield Inn em Hickory vs o Courtyard Marriott ao lado para economizar alguns dólares. Eu já fiquei em ambas as propriedades no passado. O Fairfield precisa desesperadamente de uma reforma - os tapetes de todas as instalações estão manchados de água sanitária e gastos. O quarto tinha sido limpo, mas não muito bem. Os cantos não foram aspirados, a área da geladeira tinha restos de comida no carpete, etc.Em um local com cerca de 5 hotéis nas imediações, o Fairfield precisa subir um degrau.

Soy miembro Gold de Marriott desde hace mucho tiempo y soy muy leal a la marca. Opté por quedarme en el Fairfield Inn en Hickory frente al Courtyard Marriott de al lado para ahorrar unos dólares. Me he alojado en ambas propiedades en el pasado. El Fairfield necesita desesperadamente arreglarse: las alfombras de todas las instalaciones están manchadas con lejía y gastadas. La habitación había sido limpiada, pero no bien. Las esquinas no se habían aspirado, el área del refrigerador tenía restos de comida en la alfombra, etc.En una ubicación con alrededor de 5 hoteles en las inmediaciones, el Fairfield necesita mejorarlo.

I'm a very longtime Marriott gold member and am very loyal to the brand. I opted to stay at the Fairfield Inn in Hickory vs the Courtyard Marriott next door to save a few dollars. I've stayed at both properties in the past. The Fairfield is in desperate need of sprucing up - carpets throughout the facility are bleach-stained and worn. The room had been cleaned, but not well. Corners had not been vacuumed, the refrigerator area had leftover food on the carpet, etc. In a location with about 5 hotels in the immediate vicinity, the Fairfield needs to step it up a notch.

Esta experiência não foi tão boa. Excelente equipe durante o check-in, mas acordou com percevejos e muitas picadas. Fiz as malas imediatamente e desci para informar o pessoal das 5h da manhã, eles pegaram minhas informações e disseram que eu receberia um telefonema por volta das 8h às 9h do gerente Farrah. Eu sou um motorista de caminhão, então tenho uma conta no Marriott, então minhas informações também estão arquivadas. Estou ciente de que não é muito que eles poderiam ter feito. Sinceramente, acho que só queria que alguém da equipe se importasse o suficiente, nem preciso dizer que a ligação nunca veio. Acabei ligando para eles por volta das 13:00 e fiquei em espera. disseram que receberei uma ligação de volta naquela noite. Eu recebi aquela ligação e era praticamente uma ligação dizendo que eles encontraram apenas 2 percevejos vivos, o resto estava morto em adivinhação. Em conclusão, direi que minha pior estadia espero que eles limpem aquele quarto com profissionais.

This experience wasn’t so good. Excellent staff during check in but woke up to bed bugs and plenty of bites. I immediately packed and went down to inform the staff about 5 am they took my information and said I would receive a call around 8-9am by the manager Farrah. I’ma truck driver so I do have a Marriott account so my information is also on file. I’m aware it’s not much they could’ve done I honestly think I just wanted somebody on the staff to care enough, needless to say the call never came I ended up giving them a call around 13:00 and was left on hold then was told I’ll get a call back that evening. I received that call and it was pretty much a call saying they only found 2 bed bugs alive the rest were dead in guessing. In conclusion I will say my worst stay hopefully they clean that room with professionals.

Me and my wife stopped here for one night on the way back from Florida. The check in process was super quick. The room was super clean and overall a nice place to crash for the night. There was breakfast in the morning, however no hot food served unless you wanted a bagel toasted. Overall a good experience here.

The location was very good for what I needed. was easy to find and the staff was very nice and friendly. The room was ready for us ahead of time and very clean. That was the only day they never came back until the day before we left. We had to ask for additional towels and the breakfast bar was just okay nothing great and not much to choose from.

Located conveniently near exit and entrance to I-40. Several restaurants were very close, including Carrabba's out the front door. A very clean hotel and great staff. So convenient to interstate, shopping and dining. Very friendly front desk staff. A great place to stay!
