“This should be a 5* resort but it has a 3* hotel service!
Thought the staff is very nice and trying hard to do their best the resort is not organized for a high end and sophisticated guest list, rather the opposite ! The restaurant has a terrible menu and it’s overpriced. The beach club is a joke: not even with the cost of a suite we could have the chairs we wanted. Definitely not memorable and will never recommend .”

“This was our second stay at the hotel and it was simply perfect. We stayed in 3 different Marriott hotels this year and this is by far the best. We were there with our toddler daughter and our dog, and without specifically asking for it, there was a baby cot, dog bed and bowl in the room. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. It would be great if the other hotels from the Marriott group had the same standard as the Falisia.”
