Eu tive uma ótima visita. Phillip era o gerente de plantão. Ele foi muito profissional. Ele mandou uma mensagem para se certificar de que tudo estava ok com o quarto. O quarto era bom. Vou voltar para a Casa 2 na minha viagem para Charlotte.😍.

Eu já esteve aqui várias vezes, cada vez foi uma estadia de uma semana. Este é o primeiro hotel que vejo com segurança privada patrulhando a área de estacionamento. Não estou dizendo que isso seja ruim, mas fala pela área. Cada quarto que tive aqui tem um cheiro bastante forte de urina de animal de estimação. Ontem à noite havia um cachorro latindo três quartos abaixo do meu. Liguei para a recepção e eles prontamente resolveram o problema. Outro hóspede disse que uma pequena parte dos quartos são alugados de longa duração, mas não tenho certeza de que seja verdade. Cada membro da equipe é muito profissional e cortês. O cheiro de urina de animal de estimação é o único negativo para mim

Os quartos não estavam limpos, encontrou papel higiênico, uma meia suja e um pedaço de um prato atrás do topo da cama !!. O café da manhã era medíocre para um Hotel Hilton. A piscina é uma piada. Os cobertores cheiram tão mal que tive de lavá-los eu mesma. Pedi um novo conjunto e estavam com manchas. totalmente horrível Tome cuidado!! Recebi cobrança duas vezes e ninguém conseguiu resolver o problema, tenho que disputar direto com meu banco. Mostre à gerente a prova de repetidas cobranças e ela ainda não sabia o que fazer.

Rooms were not clean, found toilet paper, a dirty sock and a piece of a plate in behind the top of the bed!!. The breakfast was mediocre for a Hilton Hotel. The pool is a joke. Blankets smell so bad I had to wash them myself. Asked for a new set and they were with stains. totally awful Be careful!! Got charge twice and nobody was able to solve the problem , have to dispute it directly with my bank. Show the manager the proof of repeated charges and she still didn't know what to do.

I had a great visit. Phillip was the manager on duty. He was very professional. He texted to make sure that everything was ok with the room. The room was nice. Will come back to Home 2 on my trip to Charlotte.😍.

I have stayed here numerous times, each time was a week stay. This is the first hotel that I have seen to have private security patrolling the parking area. I am not saying that is a bad thing, but it does speak for the area. Every room i have had here has a fairly strong pet urine smell. Last night there was a dog barking 3 rooms down from mine. I called front desk and they promptly handled the issue. Another guest has said that a small portion of the rooms are long term rentals, this i am not sure to be true. Every member of the staff are very professional and courteous. The pet urine smell is the only negative with me

Stayed for a week and a half. Quiet, nice hotel. Will stay again. Cleanliness of room upon arrival was suitable. However, over the stay I noticed things that lead to a lower rating.

Lençóis sujos, desculpas e atitudes ruins.Após a chegada, ninguém apareceu na mesa por vários minutos. Depois de inspecionar nosso quarto, descobrimos que os lençóis não estavam limpos! Ao ligar para o serviço de limpeza, foi-nos dito que “esta é uma estadia prolongada”. O supervisor de arrumação foi enviado para o nosso quarto, mas as folhas nunca foram alteradas. Disseram-nos para mudar os lençóis nós mesmos.Hilton já foi minha marca favorita, mas agora estou muito decepcionado. Eu nunca vou ficar neste local novamente. Aconselho todos os outros a escolherem um hotel diferente, visto que existem muitos nessa área.

Dirty sheets, excuses, and bad attitudes. Upon arrival, no one came to the desk for several minutes. After inspecting our room we found that the sheets were not clean! When calling for housekeeping we were told “this is extended stay”. The housekeeping supervisor was sent to our room but the sheets were never changed. We were told to change the sheets ourself. Hilton was once my favorite brand but now I am very disappointed. I will never stay at this location again. I would advise all others to select a different hotel as there are many in that area.

Adorei esse hotel! A equipe foi incrível, e a energia geral do lugar era alegre e agradável. Ótima localização, próximo a restaurantes, bares e lojas. O café da manhã era ótimo, a decoração é contemporânea e eles são simpáticos a cachorros! Cozinha eficiente na sala, definitivamente recomendo se você ficar alguns dias, a negócios ou lazer.

Loved this hotel! Staff was awesome, and overall energy of the place was upbeat and pleasant. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Breakfast was great, decor is contemporary, and they're pup friendly! Efficiency kitchen in the room so definitely recommend if you're staying a few days, for business or pleasure.

Apenas ok ... Eu não acredito que vou ficar aqui tão cedo em qualquer viagem de negócios. As pessoas aqui ou agradáveis, mas quando verificadas pela primeira vez receberam um quarto que era absolutamente desagradável. Cabelo todo nojento do chuveiro. Eles me deram outro quarto um quarto atualizado, não tinha nenhum cabelo, mas a unidade A / C choramingou e estava perto de me deixar louco. Eu não pedi outro quarto, mas foi uma dor. Elevador cheirava a gambá, a maioria dos convidados estava reclamando. Café da manhã ?? Eu não vi nenhum tipo de café da manhã terrível do meu ponto de vista.

Just ok...I don't believe I will stay here anytime soon on any business trips.The people here or nice but when first checked received room that was absolutely nasty. Hair all over shower gross. They did give me another room an upgraded room it did not have any hair but the A/C unit whined and was close to driving me nuts. I did not ask for another room but it was a pain.Elevator smelled like skunk most of the guests were complaining.Breakfast ??I did not see any kind of breakfast at all terrible from my perspective.
