This is by far the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk agent was very pleasant and informative. Breakfast could’ve been better but my lord the room was another story. Let’s start with the smell of mildew and mold, the ac didn’t work, there was hair in the shower, the toilet wouldn’t stop running and underneath the sink was leaking. My son went to the front desk to have someone move us to another room but we were told that they would call their on call chief engineer but of course no one came until the next morning. Once the chief engineer arrived my son and I had to listen to a conversation the chief engineer was having which I felt was truly inappropriate it was none of my business to know he cheated on his wife. A short while after he told us he needed to grab more tools I felt it was the prefect time to exit the room and to my surprise he was outside taking a smoke break. I told my son I rather stay somewhere else and we returned to our room grabbed our things and left. Waste of money

O hotel era nojento. O sofá tinha manchas desagradáveis por toda parte, a torneira da pia estava quebrada, bastava uma passada de um golpe na mobília e a toalha de papel estava coberta de sujeira, e o cheiro era horrível. Informei Joel, o anfitrião da recepção, que ele concordou em nos realocar. Levamos quase duas horas desde o momento em que chegamos para encontrar outro quarto um pouco mais decente e nos instalarmos. Mais tarde naquela noite eu estava indo para a cama quando ouvi um barulho então eu verifiquei a janela, a janela estava quebrada, eu não consegui fechá-la. Eu tenho Entomofobia (medo de insetos), então meu marido e eu imediatamente procuramos por insetos, havia uma aranha em uma teia no canto e 2 minúsculos insetos pretos rastejando no tapete. Recusei-me a ficar e dirigi para casa no meio da noite. O único lado bom era o atendimento ao cliente, Joel e uma governanta (acho que o nome dela era Gwenette) prestavam um atendimento superior e ambos pediram desculpas.

Eu e um casal de amigos decidimos visitar Charlotte para uma escapadela de fim de semana. Assim que entramos na porta, fomos recebidos por Joel. Sem Joel, não acho que nossa experiência teria sido tão excelente. Joel demorou a assar biscoitos fresquinhos para cada um de nós :) Eu sei que pode parecer infantil lol, mas foi a coisa mais doce do mundo para nós. No geral, nossa experiência foi de 5,0 todos b / c de Joel. Muito obrigado por sua hospitalidade, senhor!

The hotel was disgusting. The sofa had nasty spots all over it, the sink faucet was broken, just 1 swipe on the furniture and the paper towel was covered in dirt, and the odor washorrible. I informed Joel, the front desk host, he agreed to relocate us. It took almost two hours from the time we arrived to find another room a little moredecent and get settled. Later thatevening I was getting in bed when I heard some noise so I checked the window, the window was broken, I couldn't close it. I have Entomophobia (fear of insects) so my husband and I immediately looked around for insects, there was a spider in a web in the corner and 2 tiny black insects crawling on the carpet. Irefused to stay and drove home in the middle of the night. The only bright side was the customer service, Joel and a housekeeper, ( I think her name was Gwenette ) provided superior customer service and both were very apologetic.

Me and a couple of my friends decided to visit Charlotte for a weekend get away. As soon as we walked into the door we were greeted by Joel. Without Joel I don’t feel as though our experience would have been as superb. Joel took his time to bake us each fresh cookies :) I know it may seem childish lol, but it was the sweetest thing ever to us . Overall our experience was 5.0 all b/c of Joel. Thank you so much for your hospitality sir !

Os quartos são muito grandes e espaçosos. O preço era pouco por uma noite. Tivemos que mudar de quarto porque os quartos precisam de um melhor Ac. Eles nos moveram e tivemos que nos separar. Sendo que tivemos nós e filhos. Foi uma estadia agradável. Pessoal foi amigável. Todo o pessoal foi muito bom.

Rooms are very big and spacious. The price was little much for one night. We had to change room because rooms needs better Ac . They did move us we had to split. Being that we had us and children. It was nice stay . Staff was friendly. All of the staff was very nice.

Three friends and I had a wonderful experience, especially with the friendly and helpful staff as we checked in on August 11. This same lady later warmed our cookies for an after-dinner snack. We gave her five gold stars for making our stay delightful.

Eu fiquei aqui alguns dias atrás. Normalmente ficamos em Hyatt uma vez por ano (em muitos locais diferentes). Este lugar, os funcionários são simpáticos, o quarto é grande e limpo. Mas a piscina e a área do café da manhã precisam ser limpas com mais frequência. Eles permitem que os não convidados tenham acesso à piscina, por isso um pouco inseguro.

A cama desdobrável é mantida unida por laços de fecho. A água custa US $ 3,75 a garrafa. O ac no corredor no nível três está vazando em todos os lugares, eu vi duas unidades ac com fios pendurados na parte inferior. O gerente sem cabelo é muito rude. A mulher que nos ajudou esta noite com um lindo cabelo castanho com óculos em um coque foi muito simpática e prestativa. As almofadas da cama são do tamanho de almofadas que eu preferiria dizer em um motel do que neste lugar.

The pull out bed is held together with zip ties. The water is $3.75 a bottle. The ac in the hall on level three is leaking everywhere I’ve seen two ac units with wires hanging out the bottom. The manager with no hair is very rude. The woman who helped us tonight beautiful brown skin glasses hair in a bun was very nice and helpful. The bed pillows are the size of throw pillows I’d rather say at a motel then this place.

I stayed here a few days ago. We normally stay in hyatt once a year(at many different locations) This place, staff are nice, room is big and clean. But the swimming pool and breakfast area needs to be cleaned more often. They allow non guests to have access to the pool, so a little bit unsafe.

Você foi avisado! Eu não considerei os comentários negativos porque cada um tem seu próprio padrão. No entanto, eles estavam certos! Esta propriedade precisa de consideráveis atualizações nos quartos internos e limpeza profunda do tipo industrial. Nosso primeiro quarto cheirava a mofo. Tinha tapete manchado e rasgado. Nosso segundo quarto não era muito melhor, também tinha um cheiro indescritível também manchado e tapete rasgado. Não consigo capturar o cheiro, mas as fotos do tapete do segundo quarto anexadas. O banheiro é muito estreito. O ladrilho do banheiro precisa de limpeza industrial para remover o mofo. Uma vantagem é que os quartos são espaçosos.

Ótimo lugar para ficar! Pessoal muito agradável e amigável! Eu fico aqui regularmente! Joel e Sra. Lucy são de longe os melhores. Eles sempre nos acomodam na chegada. Eles são muito orientados para o serviço ao cliente. Sentimos muita falta do café da manhã, mas entendemos as preocupações com a saúde.

You have been warned! I did not consider the negative reviews because everyone has their own standard. However, they were RIGHT! This property needs considerable interior room upgrades and deep industrial type cleaning. Our first room smelled of mildew. Had stained and ripped carpet. Our second room wasn't much better it too had an undescribable smell also stained and ripped carpet. I can't capture smell but carpet photos of second room attached. Bathroom is very narrow. The bathroom tile needs industrial type cleaning to remove mildew. A plus is the rooms are spacious.

Great place to stay! Staff very pleasant and friendly! I stay here regularly! Joel and Ms Lucy are by far the best. They always accommodate us upon arrival. They are very customer service driven. We miss the breakfast very much, yet we understand the health concerns.

El personal es muy amable, todos sin excepción. El desayuno es delicioso, el parking lot es muy espacioso y entradas estratégicas alrededor de todo el hotel muy cerca a la zona de parqueo. Las camas muy cómodas, la piscina una maravilla! Sin embargo la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Las mesas tenían polvo, habían pelos que no eran míos en el baño y en tocador frente al espejo, el refrigerador estaba sucio y en el pasillo había un desatorador tirado. Mayor atención con la limpieza!

Le recomiendo Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood.Me quedé a Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood con mi prometido de 9 de mayo de 2019 a 12 de mayo de 2019.Estamos contentos con nuestro estancia a Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood.Estamos muy contentos con la habitación de hotel.La habitación estaba limpia y el cuarto de baño estaba limpia y moderno.Pagamos precio justo; solo $150 por noche.Estamos contentos con el personal, también.El personal estaba respetuoso y servicial durante nuestro estancia.Estamos muy contento con localización del hotel, también.El hotel está cerca a parque de atracciones de Carowinds.Hubo dos negativos:No nos gustó desayuno gratuito.El desayuno gratuito nos parece mala.La televisión no funcionó, pero el personal le reparó.
