I was really happy about this hotel, nice room and good cleaning. Anyway there's something that I didn't understand, I booked a room for 2 people but we found the towels and blankets for only one person.

Nice rooms, although our room seemed almost incomplete the way it was set up. The minifridge was just in the open on the floor plugged in. Missing outlets by the bed. But the size of the rooms are generous. Breakfast was good. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The heat in the main area's was on which was unusual as it was very warm. Location can't be beat directly beside the Haupbahnhof and only a 5 minute walk to the Altmarkt and other great shopping. We walked about 30-40 minutes to Signal Iduna Park.

Great hotel, really clean, the staff was really friendly and nice. The room was a bit cold and I raised the issue for this but no one checked it out. Otherwise I suggest this place.

Shower didn't have enough water, the breakfast to go was a disaster.. the bread was all wet, because of the things they put on the bread.. so I've thrown it away. Waste of money....

Excelente hotel... Quarto ótimo, em 2 ambientes, banheiro espaçoso, dois elevadores, ao lado da estação de trem e a três quarteirões do centro da cidade. Um dos melhores hotéis em que me hospedei. Vocês são associados da rede Accor? Se forem, eu não sabia e deixei de exibir meu cartão de fidelidade para inclusão dos pontos da estada aí.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a hospedagem. O quarto era espaçoso, acolhedor, limpo e moderno. A cama era perfeita, graças ao colchão alto de alta qualidade, dormir nela foi uma experiência real. Apreciamos a TV embutida na coluna, que você pode transformar no quarto ou na sala, conforme necessário. E aquela visão à noite - da cidade vibrante - também estava errada. O café da manhã era perfeito, rico, variado, de boa qualidade .. e o próprio prédio? Belo edifício. Estacionamento na garagem subterrânea.

Muito centralmente localizado diretamente na principal estação ferroviária. Sala muito espaçosa, bom equipamento. Gel de banho e shampoo infelizmente só em frascos pequenos, não tão bons para o meio ambiente. Sala congelada e sem radiadores, você só consegue aquecer com o ar condicionado. Isso não é suficiente para o quarto grande, o banheiro não pode ser aquecido com ele. É realmente muito desconfortável.

Altamente recomendado. Tivemos uma reunião aqui. A equipa muito jovem e empenhada atendeu a cada uma das minhas perguntas. Os quartos são imponentes, ultramodernos, muito limpos e tranquilos. A comida não deixava nada a desejar. Até mesmo meus problemas de internet poderiam ser resolvidos de uma forma confortável. Mesmo quando eu me fechei para fora do meu próprio carro, todos tentaram com muita simpatia me ajudar. Enquanto esperava a ajuda da minha concessionária, também pude observar a atenção meticulosa aos detalhes com que os funcionários limpavam o lounge. Mesmo a vovó não poderia ter feito melhor!Também raramente vi funcionários de hotéis cuidarem dos clientes de maneira tão pessoal e sustentável. Cada sorriso parece real.Os quartos parecem novos. Existem até almofadas de diferentes espessuras, para que possa escolher a mais confortável. Banheiro também foi ótimo! Todos em nosso grupo ficaram impressionados com os quartos.A única coisa que era um pouco irritante era o LED azul muito brilhante do ar condicionado. Mas você pode simplesmente pendurar algo na frente dele.Estou muito relutante em ir a hotéis, mas realmente gosto de voltar aqui com uma boa sensação. 100% recomendação.

We were traveling from Poland to the Netherlands and had planned to stop in Hannover, Germany. When we arrived at our hotel, we were told we would need to get covid tested to stay the night. The line was very long and wrapped around the building outside. We have a young baby and it was nearly time for her to go to sleep. We decided to cancel our reservation and continue driving towards home. We contacted the Hotel NH one hour before our arrival and they were able to get us a room accommodation and had it set up with a baby bed upon arrival. We were impressed with the room. The room had many features that we liked i.e. clean, modern, good lighting, plenty of room to move around, mini fridge, windows that opened for fresh air, good shower pressure, no carpet. The only minor negative was the mattress. It was slightly uncomfortable. The breakfast was included in our room cost and it was tasty.

Hotel moderno e de fácil acesso diretamente na estação ferroviária. Quartos muito bonitos e bem conservados e um serviço muito simpático, tanto na recepção como ao pequeno-almoço. O café da manhã oferece tudo o que você precisa e está bem apresentado. A cama era confortável e as noites tranquilas - é assim que deve ser! A próxima estadia já está reservada!

O hotel tem uma localização muito central, ideal para explorar o centro da cidade. O quarto é espaçoso e a TV pode ser girada para que você possa assistir da cama e do sofá. O pessoal é muito amigável. Infelizmente, você não pode estacionar gratuitamente no hotel. Os vidros usados não foram limpos no quarto. As camas são muito macias e instáveis. Você percebe cada movimento do seu parceiro.

Room was not like described, no tea/coffee facilities, climate not working so rooms were very hot, no hand-soap, no towels, bedsheets etc for 2persons.They ignore complaints, don't respond to e-mails. Worst hotel i ever had.

Air-conditioning wasn't working in the room. Tv not connected to the internet which was super slow ( 2 Mbps! ). Premium WiFi for 10 euro a day, premium speed of 8 Mbps! Back to 2001..... Did refund the WiFi charge though, and the girls at the reception were super friendly and helpful. Overall though not recommended.

WORST EVER HOTEL! - Taking your payment 2 times from your creditcard. - Cleaning lady comes into your room without any knocking even when there is a “do not disturb” sign on your door. - No information about the city or the hotel itself. - had to change rooms 3 times because they don’t have the right information on their website. - They barely speak English - They clean your room only once in a few days (I stayed for 9 nights, only 3 days they cleaned the room, asked to get it done every day) In my opinion it is the worst hotel ever and definitely not worth the 4 stars.

Muy lejos de la calidad NH habitual, tanto en instalaciones como en desayuno.Viaje con mi sobrino haciendo reserva por Booking , la recepcionista nos bloqueo una cantidad mayor del valor de la habitación como fianza !! Vamos a robar la TV?? Jamás me había pasado algo parecido en un hotel. Edificio descuidado y desayuno deficiente respecto a lo esperado en un NH.

El desayuno es escaso y no hay fruta fresca. El personal no es el más simpático de todos. Se respira polvo en el pasillo (soy alérgica a los ácaros y no lo pasé muy bien). Las cortinas de la habitación no tapan la luz por la mañana, por mucho que lo hemos intentado. Pero la habitación está limpia y correcta.

excelente habitaciones recién renovadas con u toque moderno y con mucha comodidad, de fácil acceso, muy cerca de la zona central y con transporte publico muy accesible. no tiene restaurante pero muy cerca consigues una gran variedad.
