Visita de trabalho livre de estresse por ficar aqui. Bom pequeno-almoço para começar o meu dia e o jantar estava muito saboroso depois de um árduo dia de trabalho. Quarto era muito confortável. Hotel em uma localização muito central, então só tinha uma caminhada de cinco minutos para o escritório. Altamente recomendado.

Ficamos uma noite aqui para assistir a um show. O hotel tem seu próprio estacionamento subterrâneo, mas estava cheio quando chegamos. Estacionamos na rua no estacionamento ao ar livre. O nosso quarto (quarto de canto do 5º andar) era muito bom. Espaçoso e limpo. Todos os funcionários que encontramos foram simpáticos e prestativos. Tínhamos planejado comer um almoço tardio no restaurante adjacente do hotel (o Soap Factory) mas sábado é "brunch sem fundo" dia que significava que estava lotado e muito barulhento! Café-da-manhã no dia do check-out foi entregue em nosso quarto (há uma taxa para isso) e foi muito bom. No geral, apreciamos a nossa estadia. Nice hotel em uma boa localização. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.

We stayed a night here to attend a gig. The hotel has its own underground car park but it was full when we arrived. We parked down the street in the open air car park. Our room (5th floor corner room) was very good. Spacious and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had planned to eat a late lunch in the hotel's adjoining restaurant (the Soap Factory) but Saturday is "bottomless brunch" day which meant it was packed and VERY noisy! Breakfast on checkout day was delivered to our room (there's a charge for this) and was very good. On the whole we enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel in a good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Work visit made stress free by staying here. Good breakfast to start my day and dinner was very tasty after a hard day at work. Room was very comfortable. Hotel in a very central location so only had a five minute walk to the office. Highly recommend.

Ótima localização perto da estação de trem. Surpreendentemente agradável bar do hotel. O quarto era o esperado. Limpo com bom espaço.Esta revisão é principalmente porque deixei meu relógio no meu quarto. Entrei em contato com o hotel depois de chegar em Londres. Eles encontraram o relógio e prontamente concordaram em enviá-lo para mim e agora está a caminho de mim. Um resultado de muita sorte graças ao bom atendimento ao cliente.

Great location near the train station. Surprisingly nice hotel bar. The room was as expected. Clean with good space. This review is mainly because I left my watch in my room. I contacted the hotel after arriving back in London. They found the watch and promptly agreed to post it to me and it is now on its way to me. A very lucky result thanks to good customer service.

A localização é excelente e a vista do quarto é excelente.Fiz o check-in com 2 meninas na recepção e ambas foram agradáveis. Manuela especialmente ela tem sido tão acolhedora e profissional; ela me ajudou a escanear meus documentos, levar algumas coisas para o meu quarto. Ela é uma estrela e representa perfeitamente a marca Novotel.Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado até agora

The location is great and the view from the room is superb. I have checked in with 2 girls on the reception and both were nice. Manuela especially she has been so welcoming and professional; she has helped me to scan my documents, get few things to my room. She is a star and perfectly represents the Novotel brand. There is nothing that I did not like so far

Staff were very helpful, rooms nice and spacious. Only 3 stars due to the amount of times we had to either go or ring reception for new key cards as they stopped working. Stains on the carpet and the rooms was not very clean and beds and pillows not very comfy, but okay for what we needed it for. Friends saud the breakfast was nice but can't comment on that myself as I didn't have anything to eat.

Adorável hotel! Quarto de grande tamanho, com um frigorífico, muitas fichas/portas USB, também tinha um cofre, secador de cabelo, ferro e tábua de engomar. Chuveiro foi incrível, a cama é confortável com travesseiros extras fornecidos. Recepcionista que estava lá toda a semana que eu fiquei foi muito informativo e amigável! Academia era boa, com bônus adicional de sauna seca e a vapor. Pequeno inconveniente ter que pagar pelos armários.

Pernoite agradável. Muito bom preço estava disponível para a nossa estadia. Adoramos a área do bar de coquetéis e a área do restaurante. Café da manhã muito bom. Recepção muito simpática e prestativa. A decoração do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar. Especialmente área de banheiro com o que parecia ser lasca de madeira pintada.

Lovely hotel! Great size room, with a fridge, plenty of plugs/usb ports, also had a safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Shower was amazing, bed is comfy with extra pillows provided. Receptionist who was there the whole week I stayed was very informative and friendly! Gym was good, with added bonus of sauna and steam room. Small inconvenience having to have to pay for the lockers.

Pleasant overnight stay. Very good price was available for our stay. Love the cocktail bar area and restaurant area. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful front desk. The room decor was a little disappointing. Especially toilet area with what looked like painted wood chip.

Un Novotel. Cumple perfectamente con el standad de calidad de esta marca. La cama es cómoda, la habitación grande y muy tranquila y la localización casi perfecta, muy cerca del centro, de la estación y de la parada del bus al aeropuerto. El bar/cafetería es más acogedor de lo que es normal en Novotel. Un sitio para repetir. La única pega, que en la televisión (enorme) había canales sin sintonizar y el único en castellano era el oficial de Venezuelasin comentarios.
