My wife and I booked the room for 2 days through a 3rd party online. When we arrived, the Hotel manager said we were cancelled. We got on the phone with the agent, and he was no help. We even put him on the phone with the Hotel manager, and he gave him a big run around, and winded up hanging up on the manager. We would have been out $345.00, but the manager was so nice that he comped us the room. The Hotel is very clean, and the staff are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I met the managers sister, Isha, a very sweet woman. She was so helpful. I don't sleep very much, so I woke up early in the morning and went down to get coffee. She was busy with other guests, but immediately went to brew me a fresh pot of coffee. Her attitude was extremely professional and very friendly. It was a pleasure to meet her. I highly recommend this Hotel, as I've stayed in several in my three months working in Maine. The Ramada is by far the best I've stayed at. On a scale of 1-10, they get a 20.

The room is nice, neat, clean well made beds, has what you need, but still could use some TLC and minor updating. The age shows in a lot of areas. The pool was VERY cloudy & dirty, hot tub was dirty and low on water to where you could see the ring around it. All & all it's no 5⭐ hotel but as I said before it's got what you need and is in a GREAT location right off the exit.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars...I totally would. We traveled here from NY with a toddler and were really looking forward to a comfortable 2-night stay, however it was anything but what we had hoped. We called 2 hours in advance and asked if it was possible to check-in early (2:20 rather than 3:00) because we made good time and were hoping to give our son a chance to nap after driving for 7 hours, but we were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience and told that they only had 2 housekeepers on staff. The fact that they reluctantly allowed us to check in 40 minutes early was about the only good thing I have to say about this experience. Upon arrival we had a very uneasy feeling due to situations occurring outside in the parking lot. We gave it the benefit of a doubt and unloaded our things into a room that was sub par. The pictures online make this location seem very pleasant and clean but do not project a true image of what you walk into. The bathroom was dingy, poor lighting, outdated venting, a faulty toilet, and overall just plain dirty. We left for dinner and came back to relax. As we got our 2 year old ready for bed, we pulled the sheets and found blood stains on the pillow. Absolutely unacceptable if you ask me! When speaking to the front desk, I explained that this is no place I want my child to stay and we are looking for hotels elsewhere. We were offered a new room but different sized beds that would not accommodate for our son, which we respectfully declined. I requested a new pillow and set of sheets, to which they would "check and see if they have any". Luckily they did, however when changing the sheets, let's just say the bed wasn't in the best condition. We were told due to checking in early and already occupying the room for 5 hours, that we would have to pay full cost for the night but could leave in the morning and be refunded the second night since we wouldn't be staying. After spending over half an hour trying to secure a new night's stay elsewhere we weren't able to find a location, so we were forced to stay until morning. The following morning, the toilet wouldn't stop running and the tank overflowed, flooding the bathroom. The only way to get it to stop was to have my husband turn the water valve off on the pipes. I was appalled and could not believe how poor of an experience my family had. This was our first true vacation getaway since COVID and it was an absolute let down. We will never stay at another Ramada again and I wouldn't recommend this specific location to anyone traveling to Lewiston, Maine.

Some would argue "You get what you pay for", but you get far from that. The front desk employees really let you know how much they hate their job and have accepted that quality service it not expected. Our "Non Smoking" room was unbearably full of stale cigarette smell and the solution was to give us a can of air freshener and "see if that helps". Aside from that our room was physically dirty, there was black mold growing up the water damaged wall panels, the coffee pot was full of mold, and the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall, and the tv wasn't fully functional. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless possibly the only other option is sleeping in your car.

Decent place, quiet. The thermostat on the wall in our room did not work. But the heater we were able to manually control. The iron was missing out of the room and there was a very unique coat hanger that was held together with copper wire.
