“Rooms were clean, and Manny at the Front Desk was friendly when we came in. I called the front desk for another blanket for the fold out sofa bed, and I am pretty sure Manny ran up the 4 floors to give us the blanket. I think Jimmy Johns could take a lesson from Manny on this. The breakfast servings were good, and plentiful. They even had brie cheese out one morning. Everything was great there. The room had a chair with a few stains on it and the HVAC system had a few broken screws and the cover was coming off, other than that, the room was clean. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the pool. We went down Sunday morning, no one was there and it was borderline gross. There were hairs all over the floor and other debris. In the pool there was A LOT of material floating around the bottom. So much so that it was kind of gross and we just left the pool. Hopefully you will be able to see it in the pictures. I did not say anything to the front desk as we were about ready to go, however I would have if they person at the front asked how the stay was, but the just looked at us until we said we were checking out. She wasn't impolite, just not service industry level polite.”
