“We were a group of six people staying from Friday to Sunday, celebrating my parent's 40 year wedding anniversary. I'm a vegan and my husband is a vegetarian, and since our group had planned to eat at the hotel restaurant on Saturday evening, I called the hotel a few days before asking what vegan options they had and if they could accommodate a vegan and a vegetarian. They were very eager to make sure we got a good experience, and ended up making a three course vegan menu for us. The food was absolutely delicious! They also made some vegan breakfast options, like scrambled tofu, oat yoghurt, nokrell (a vegan version of a staple Norwegian spread made from mackerel, tomatoes and oil), and lots more. I would highly recommend this hotel!😁”
