“We spend night in Executive room here. I'll say that this hotel is deserve its 5 Star in Surabaya city.
Room is very spacious, clean and has a great city view.
Pool and playground surrounded by trees, thus creating a very calm and fresh atmosphere.
Breakfast are great, although they have limited menu especially for Indonesian Local dishes, however the food does have a great taste. And, most of them are served with single packaging as a counter measure for Covid-19 pandemic.
Some of the item in the room are also packed and sanitized.
All the hotel staff are also very friendly.
I consider the Room rates as affordable for the 5-star hotel”

“The redesigned room was great; more modern. Cleanliness is spotless with complete amenities. The breakfast buffet were delicious; they were a bit short on staff but still able to respond quickly & aware of the surroundings. A satisfying stay overall!”
