“I wish I could have given this hotel higher markets; because Xian is a fabulous place to visit and the Terracotta warriors are an amazing sight, and at first glance the property is impressive. Unfortunately, the light in our hotel room did not turn off all night; and the staff was not helpful in resolving; or offering a consolidation at checkout for my experience. In fact, they were pretty rude throughout the entire experience and not even apologetic. I hope you have a better experience if you stay here; but I wouldn't recommend as the front desk staff was very frustrating to deal with. I will acknowledge that the staff in the Executive Lounge area was very gracious and the property has a nice location as a starting point for the Warriors.”

“Visited twice now, and will go again. All that you would expect from a high grade hotel. Rooms well appointed but, lighting levels quite low, and chairs not so comfortable. I guess this is because it is modeled on old style Chinese with hard uncomfortable furniture.
I enjoy the location, close to metro and local tourist attractions. Lots of places to walk.”
