“My husband and I loved this resort. We stayed in the Adults only part of the resort but we still had access to the whole resort.We really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. Shout out to Edwin and Laura in the buffet, they were so fast and friendly.The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful. (There is seaweed but they try to clean it up and it didn't prevent us from swimming.) The restaurants were delicious.I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful resort.”

“I just spend 6 days at this resort. I was very disappointed. The service and food was my biggest complaint. It's very difficult to get the help you are looking for. Always long lines at the customer service and front desk. After standing in line for 15+ minutes you are redirected somewhere else.. Most of the staff are not friendly or helpful, from the front desk to the servers. The food is always the same at the buffet, is not flavorful nor tasty. Most of the time the food is cold or not fully cooked. As gor the restaurants you have to make reservations and out of the 7 restaurants we eat at, the only one we liked was the Japanese one, it was hibachi style the steak and salmon were delicious. The facility is very pretty and that's about all they have. For the amount of money I paid. I will never come back,”
