“The staff were super professional and awesomely helpful. The room was clean and shower size, water pressure and temperature was perfect (These are important features to me). Unlike other Marriott properties that I stay in, this one doesn't offer eater bottles in room. Not the end if the world...but I checked in super late and water would have been great.Maybe grab something before heading to your room. Next day the staff checked my bag and secured it while I went to an event and grabbed it with no problem in the evening.Will definitely stay at this property again.”

“The hotel was not clean at all. There was blood on the sheets, hair ties and other trash left over from the previous guest, and the bathroom needed additional cleaning. My stay could have been perfectly fine, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would highly recommend that you stay elsewhere, especially if you are looking to stay near Penn Station. The staff was also not particularly friendly nor warm. I was never greeted when walking into the hotel despite how close the front desk is to the front door. The staff seemed rather indifferent towards the needs of the guests. Maybe bringing back daily housekeeping would help keep the rooms cleaner. I would also recommend improving upkeep as all the outlets in my room were loose and could not hold my chargers.”
